The �zer Residence project has been prepared and implemented in accordance with specifications resulting from the 1998 earthquake, taking into consideration the Grade 2 earthquake area data. The building sits on top of strong, rocky soil; this is one of the most important factors preventing damage should there be an earthquake. An earthquake sensor is installed in the building, serving the purpose of triggering the building�s alarm system just as an earthquake should start, thus forewarning the residents of the building.
